One of them is the "Revolution Square", which is characterized by traffic jams, noise, parking spaces and a gray color scheme. That is the reason this square is currently not used by the citizens and visitors of the museum.

A redesign of the extensive pedestrian zone "Calea Victoriei" in Bucharest is planned in order to make it more attractive for the community. The forecourt of the art museum, a feature of this square, plays an important role in the planned redesign. The first step in the activation process is to create a plant barrier to shield the forecourt from the urban turbulent environment.

The newly designed space aims to stimulate city life, provide seating areas, and promote the cultural life of the museum. It is intended to serve as a catalyst for the revival of the square.
