Renovation Sport Hall, School Lemsahl-Mellingstedt

The Lemsahl-Mellingstedt school sees itself as a village-school and is located in a green area. The Redderbarg school site consists of several one- and two-story buildings spread out over a campus with older buildings.

The building complex was built in several stages in the 1960s, with the last building being the cafeteria in 2012. In the eastern part of the school grounds, there is a single-field sports hall, which was built using the same standard Seitz Hall type from 1962 to 1968. The single-story annex area is accessed from the northwest via the schoolyard and needs to be renovated.

As part of this renovation project, the following measures were carried out for the energy renovation of the building envelope and the interior renovation of the annex: Renewal of all windows, Renewal of the sports floor with underfloor heating, including playing field markings, Partial renovation of sanitary and washing rooms, Painting work.
